NPH runs two different groups for girls, boys, and adolescents, with the objective of promoting gender equality and leadership in our beneficiaries. Chicas Poderosas is our group for girls and young women, in which the focus is on female empowerment and women's rights. Hombres de Honor is our group for boys and young men, in which we teach the participants about healthy masculinity and gender equality. NPH is looking for volunteers to coordinate and lead these groups. The group coordinators are responsible for planning group lessons and activities, leading the group meetings, and supporting the group participants in their learning. In some countries we also offer these groups to young people who live in communities near NPH headquarters.
