Visitor Coordinators at NPH are responsible for planning and organizing visits to NPH and our different projects and programs. Through its visitor program, NPH receives both local and international visitors. These visitors may be sponsors or donors from the international fundraising offices or from local organizations, NPH employees who work in other countries, or family members of our yearlong volunteers. Some visitors stay for just a few days, whereas others may stay for several weeks. The Visitor Coordinator is responsible for planning visitors’ trips to the Ranch. He or she will meet the visitors at the airport (if necessary), accommodate them in the visitor house, provide tours of the NPH grounds and an orientation of the NPH programs, coordinate any volunteer work they will do during their visit, and, in general, be aware of their needs and any problems that may arise during their visit. The Visitor Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all visitors follow and comply with NPH policies during their visit.
